Doomed to Repeat
Dheghan is a very homely but rapidly changing mining town. Founded purely as a miner’s outpost, it has recently begun rapid expansion under the direction of Arnold Ghern, and people have been drawn in through the fame of Ernesto Kelsing. The town hall sits comfortably at the end of the main street, with any shop or place of importance withing walking distance. Houses and schools litter the edges of this rapidly expanding town. The town moves at a fast pace, and people hurry about from place to place.
